

Orbit is a cutting-edge project management tool designed for organizations to streamline internal projects for their employees. They envisioned a bold, dark-themed interface that caters to their predominantly night-shift workforce.
Through in-depth research and collaboration, we crafted a sleek, intuitive dashboard that enhances productivity while maintaining a modern and immersive experience. The result? A seamless, efficient platform tailored for teams working around the clock.




We established brand guidelines and a design system to maintain consistency across Orbit's platform. Our focus was on creating a bold, modern interface that aligns with their vision while optimizing usability.
The dashboard was structured around essential modules, including task and project management, team collaboration, timeline tracking, and report generation—all seamlessly integrated into a dark-themed, intuitive workspace.
Designed for efficiency and scalability, Orbit ensures smooth navigation and workflow, empowering teams to manage projects effortlessly, even in high-paced environments



On the main dashboard, users are welcomed with a streamlined view of essential elements for quick access. The time tracker Orbitoverview, priority-based urgent tasks, and unread notifications are all positioned for maximum efficiency.
Additionally, the message activity module is prominently placed, ensuring seamless communication. Since these features are used daily by employees, we designed the main screen to prioritize accessibility and workflow optimization.










In the project management section, we placed the project module in the sidebar, aligning with the structure employees were already familiar with from tools like Asana and Jira. By preserving these user habits, we ensured a smooth transition and intuitive navigation.
Features such as date prioritization, task descriptions, inviting members, adding subtasks, tags, and comments were all integrated thoughtfully. Every essential functionality was prioritized to create an efficient, seamless experience for end users.




Each project can be opened in a dedicated full-screen view, allowing users to access all details seamlessly. Additionally, projects are listed in a structured view based on priority and due dates.
Users can set tags, labels, or priority flags, assign tasks to employees, and categorize projects for better organization. They also have the option to archive projects when needed, ensuring a well-managed and clutter-free workflow.




We integrated third-party tools like Zoom, Asana, and Dropbox to enhance functionality and streamline workflows. These integrations ensure seamless collaboration, allowing teams to stay connected and work efficiently within a familiar ecosystem.






For the pricing screens, we designed a seamless and clean checkout experience, allowing clients to be charged for white-label purposes. The pricing structure offers different feature tiers within the dashboard, ensuring flexibility and clarity in subscription options.
