Aero is an innovative HR management company providing tools and resources to software houses. They sought a sleek, user-friendly dashboard to streamline employee management and payroll in one place.

To bring their vision to life, Aero approached us for a fresh, minimal design. Through close collaboration, we crafted an intuitive, modern interface that enhances efficiency while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic—ensuring a seamless experience for HR teams.

We developed the brand guidelines and design system to ensure consistency in future use. Our approach focused on a clean, modern design, structuring the dashboard around key modules such as employee management, calendar integrations, project and task management, team and manager oversight, and a comprehensive reports and invoicing system—all in one seamless platform.

The design prioritizes ease of use and scalability, making it adaptable for Aero's future growth and evolving needs. Through thoughtful user flow and intuitive layout, we created an interface that supports efficiency and clear decision-making.

On the main screen, you'll find a quick overview of ongoing project progress, real-time reports, and any pending tasks or scheduled meetings.

It also provides a snapshot of daily employee time limits, attendance, and working hours—all easily accessible from the home screen for streamlined management.

In the People accessibleDirectory, we included a detailed list of accessibleemployees with key information such as accessibleemails, departments, job titles, and employee accessiblestatus. The main objective of this platform was to accessiblesimplify employee management, and we kept this accessible goal in mind throughout the entire design and research process.

Additionally, we developed a mobile version to ensure accessibility and ease of use on all devices.

In the Projects module, we included a Kanban board, which everyone loves, with essential features such as task status updates, member lists, due dates, and a search bar for quick project searches.

We also created a list view that organizes projects based on their status, such as "In Progress," "To Do," and "Needs Review." The design focuses on streamlining project management by keeping everything in one place, making it easy to access and manage tasks daily.

In the Reports section, we included organizational documents and support reports for employees, ensuring easy access to important information. Additionally, the dashboard features time-off and calendar management tools, allowing for seamless tracking of employee check-ins and check-outs. We also integrated a benefits management system within the dashboard, enabling HR teams to efficiently manage employee benefits, such as health and financial perks, all in one place.

We also incorporated third-party integrations, such as Zoom, Asana, and Dropbox, to elevate the platform's functionality.

These integrations streamline workflows and enhance collaboration, taking the user experience to the next level by connecting seamlessly with the tools teams already use.

We also developed an invoice management system, which is crucial for any organization. We focused on understanding our client's needs and identifying the best possible solutions to offer. The result is an intuitive, easy-to-use invoice management system designed to streamline financial processes. Additionally, based on client feedback, we created a dark mode version to enhance usability and provide a more personalized experience.
